Dr. M. is an award-winning author and executive coach. Her newest book is Fingerprints on My Heart: How My Severely Disabled Brother Shaped My Life. She holds a PhD in developmental psychology, and her research has included work with children, teens, and adults of all ages. For 11 years, she was the national online advice columnist for Girl Scouts of the USA. She has appeared on many television shows, including Today, been a guest on numerous radio programs, and been quoted frequently in newspapers and national magazines. She is also the co-founder of BoxedGeneration.com, an advice column for baby boomers. Previously, Dr. M was the chair of a college psychology department, a senior executive for Girl Scouts of the USA, and a consultant for non-profit organizations.
